Can I Cancel my Order ?
You can cancel at any time before order going into production usually within the first 24- hours that your order was placed, all tho we do our best to start as soon as payment is cleared. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, or personalization, we can no longer accept a cancellation. What is your turnaround time for a custom product.
All orders will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive an E-Proof of your item with your personalization, or logo which must be approved by you before we proceed, If payment is not cleared, order is Incomplete or incorrectly placed custom orders may result in a delay.
What Shipping Carrier will my order be shipped with?
All our orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. You will have an option at checkout to select either one of those carriers. Real time shipping calculations ensure that you will always receive the most up to date pricing. All orders include a tracking number, and our system will automatically notify you once your order has been shipped.
Lost Package or Not Delivered?
giftgivingcreations.com will replace your custom order at our expense if the tracking number does not show as “DELIVERED” and there is no activity on a tracking number, Please note that we cannot be responsible if the item has been marked as delivered through the tracking number, and you have not received it. This is a USPS or FEDEX issue, and you will need to contact them directly to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempt by USPS or FEDEX due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Contact us to make a payment and we will resend the package.
Can I see what my item will look like before you make it?
We offer digital proofs at no cost on most orders. If you would like a proof prior to production, simply make a note of it at checkout, and we will send you one within 24-48 hours. Please note that the processing time begins once the final proof is approved.
Returns or Refunds
At GiftGivingCreations.com we take great pride in our work. The standard rule for customized/personalized products in the industry have a Non-Returnable, and a Non-Refundable policy. Please note that we cannot be responsible for incorrectly enter information on your part of your custom Artwork/Logo,Names, Dates, etc for your personalized product, make sure you double check all information as well as product information, maximum imprint areas, before submitting your order, We guarantee that we will print your order the same way you submitted it. However if we made a mistake on your custom order, please make sure you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date according to tracking number. We will require photos of the error for our records, and then after some review will go ahead and reprint your order at our expense. Know that we will only reprint your order for same Product and Artwork. You can return the product back to us as long as the mistake was done at our end for a full refund including the original shipping cost.

What happens if you make a mistake on my order or it is defective?
If we do make a mistake on your order , you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt date (based on tracking).
We will always give you two options:
We can send a replacement out to fix our error and you can keep the first items as well, or you can return the incorrect item for a full refund including the cost of the original shipping.
Understandably we may require a photo of the error for our records.
Return shipping costs are final and are never refundable.
What happens if my item breaks in transit?
We inspect all items prior to shipment and take great care in our packaging of orders. Damage occurring in transit is 10% that it will occur, but it can happen. If your item breaks or is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of the delivery date and include a photo of the damaged items.
What can I expect of a Natural Wood, Leather or Glass products?
All natural wood and leather products contain a completely unique grain and hue. It is part of the appeal of a natural item. For this reason, please allow variation in engraving color and depth of these products. Please note that any photos are just approximations of how the natural wood or leather may engrave.
We order our glasses through American Manufacturers and Laser Engrave each one to order. We check each glass before engraving for any noticeable flaws, as each piece of glass is completely unique, please allow for small imperfections or bubbles on the surface of the glass, this will not affect the engraving.
Will you engrave my item exactly as I request it?
We will attempt to honor all custom engraving requests, however there are some instances where a layout may not work as requested. We retain the right to use our experienced discretion to make slight changes if we feel necessary. If any large changes must be made, we will contact you first.
What is a monogram?
A monogram is simply your initials in the following format:
- Your first name initial sits on the left side
- Your last name initial sits in the center as the most prominent letter
- Your middle name (or maiden name) initial sits on the right side.
We require that you provide the letters in the exact order you want them to appear on the item.
Can I Upload my own artwork?
Our online order form allows you to upload your own logo/text right before placing your order .Please read the instructions located on the order form carefully to ensure a successful upload of your logo, Please know each item has a ‘specific’ max imprint area. Our artists will therefore have to resize the entire imprint you submit in order to “fit” it into the actual imprint area.
