All artwork containing copyrighted images will be subject to further screening. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Gift Giving Creations will not be held liable under any circumstances. All artwork containing Greek and University assets will be subject to further screening.
Typical turnaround time in production is 5-7 business days + shipping time. PEAK SEASON (April-December can reach up to 10-15 days) Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for and we have all information to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Allow for at least 3 additional days for interior printed tags. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Gift Giving Creations control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

You may order a pre-production sample with your own artwork for a $100.00 cost. Half of the amount paid for will be credited towards your bulk order once placed. Please contact us for more information.
We will do an order as small as 12 shirts per design, but there will be some restrictions on size and number of colors. We recommend printing at least 50 for best pricing. If you need less that 12 shirts please add an additional $25 to your order.
Yes. Different shirt colors are ok as long as the ink colors are the same. You must order at least 12 of each shirt color. If we need to change ink colors additional fees of $20 per color will apply.
You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want and you DON’T have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated. Certain brands require ordering in half dozens.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX. All orders include a tracking number, and our system will automatically notify you once your order has been shipped.
Gift Giving Creations will replace your custom order at our expense if the tracking number does not show as “DELIVERED” and there is no activity on tracking number, Please note that we cannot be responsible if the item has been marked as delivered through the tracking number and you have not received it. This is a USPS or FEDEX issue, and you will need to contact them directly to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempt by USPS or FEDEX due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reshipping. Contact us to make payment and we will resend the package.
We offer digital proofs at no cost on most orders, if you would like a mock up before placing your order there is a $10 fee, Please note that processing time begins once the final proof is approved.
At Gift Giving Creations we take great pride in our work. The standard rule for customized/personalized products in the industry have a Non-Refundable or Non-Returnable policy.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for incorrectly enter information on your part of your custom Artwork/logo, names, date, etc.. for you personalized product, make sure you double check all information as well as product information maximum imprint areas before submitting it. However if we made a mistake on your custom order, please make sure you contact us within 7 Days of the delivery date according to tracking. We will require pictures of the error for our records, after some review we will go ahead and reprint your order at our expense. Know that we will only reprint your order for the same Product and Artwork. You can only return the product back to us as long as the mistake was done at our end for a full refund including the original shipping cost. A Monogram is simply your initials in the following formats.
-Your first name initial sits on the left side
-Your last name initial sits in the center as the most prominent letter
-Your middle name(or maiden name) initial sits on the right side
We require that you provide the letters in the exact order you want them to appear on the item.
We will attempt to honor all custom engraving requests, however there are some instances where a layout may not work as requested. We retain the right to use our experienced discretion to make slight changes if we feel necessary. If any large changes must be made, we will contact you first.
We inspect all items prior to shipment and take great care in our packaging of orders. Damage concurring is very rare that it will occur, but it can happen. If your item breaks or is damaged in transit, please let us know within 3 days of the delivery date and include a photo of the damage items.
All natural woods and leather products contain a completely unique grain and hue, It is part of the appeal of the natural item, for these reason allow variations in engraving color and depth of these products. Please note that any photos are just approximations of how the Natural Wood, Leather, or Glass may engrave. We order our glasses through American Manufactures and laser engrave each one to order. We check each glass before engraving for any noticeable flaws as each piece of glass is completely unique, please allow for small imperfections or bubbles on the surface or within the glass, these will not affect the engraving.
Things to Know
Please Send your imprint instructions to us immediately. If you are emailing it to us, please put the name and order number on the subject line. We will not accept any responsibility for delays in processing an order if we do not receive the artwork in a timely manner.
We require” camera ready” high resolution artwork (300 dpi) so as to meet production timelines. Although we clean up and retouch any artwork/logo received in order to make it print worthy. If you do not provide clean, high-resolution, camera-ready artwork, we will not be responsible for the resulting of poor imprint quality. Note that the added work involved in cleaning up any artwork will also add to production time, which may eventually delay the order. We will not accept responsibility for the delayed production on an order when the imprint provided is of poor quality.
Gift Giving Creations Reserves the right to refuse printing of any artwork that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted or trademarked.
We suggest placing your order far in advance to the day you’d like it delivered, and avoid spending more money on rush charges.
